What We Do
 
THE PROCESS OF Cost Segregation STUDIES:
  
Our Preliminary Cost Segregation proposal presents a range of expected benefits to be realized from a fully engineered study. It also quantifies our fixed fee. Upon acceptance of that proposal, we perform the fully engineered analysis and study. Depending on the size & complexity of the project the Cost Segregation study will take between four and seven weeks to complete.

Upon Completion of the Cost Segregation study, you will receive the final report. For new properties, your tax advisor or CPA will be able to pull the summary numbers from the Cost Segregation report to calculate depreciation schedules. For existing properties, your CPA will use this information to complete an IRS Form 3115, which changes the method of depreciation for your property. If you would prefer we can offer services to complete this form.
