Gyanesh Mathur has over 17 years of CFO, controller and director level experience working with large to mid-tier companies. Gyanesh has co-authored numerous articles on Cost Segregation and frequently speaks to local and regional organizations about this valuable tax planning strategy. He has conducted seminars for state CPA societies, attorneys, as well as hotel owners, CEO’s and bankers. Gyanesh is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a Chartered Accountant from India. As a Chartered Financial Analyst and Cost Segregation technical lead, his work experience includes senior management roles at Big Six CPA firms and Cost Segregation firms. In addition to managing AEON's Cost Segregation staff, he has personally performed hundreds of Cost Segregation studies over the past twelve years. His cost segregation work experience includes office buildings, automobile dealerships, grocery stores, distribution warehouses, banks, hotels, casinos, golf courses, hospitals, retail stores, malls, light & heavy industrial/manufacturing buildings, self-storage facilities, apartment complexes, and restaurants.
